NDA Accepts the ARETE Scholarship and the AAA Scholarship

Admission decisions are made when the entire application process has been completed. The following is required to complete our file for evaluation.

A. Preliminary Information:

  • The completed application for admission
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (Catholics)
  • Parish Verification Form
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • Georgia Health Screening Certificate (EED)
  • Georgia Immunization Record Form
  • Financial Assistance Application (optional)

B. Previous School Records:

  • A complete and current Academic Transcript
  • Education/Achievement Test Scores
